What is a Feature Brief?

A feature brief is a more detailed description of stuff described in the creative briefs. For instance we have clothing destruction as one of the feature of the combat system. In a feature brief we'll describe how clothing gets destroyed, what attacks damage clothing. That sort of thing. For combat we'll also describe how an attack happens, and the outcome of it. Using dice as an example.
