Description

These are a simple set of shackles that look almost like a toy. The metal cuffs are closed, and look to be so small they'd never fit on anyone's wrist. A short chain connect them.

Gameplay Effects:

When thrown at a magical girl with a set of slave clothes it will progress the clothing to the next level.

If the magical girl isn't in at least level one the item will always progress to the first level. Even if it means destroying their current outfit, no matter what protections they have up. This item counts as corruption as well, so the magical girl's uniform will require the standard cool down before being able to be reformed.

On a miss, the item might attack the magical girl who casts it, an allied magical girl, or just return to inventory.
